I've given 5 stars in every category because they are truly deserved. We had heard from so many people about how stressful purchasing a home "was going to be." To the absolute contrary, it was quite simple. Her years in the industry were reflected in her ease and calm, which allowed us to easily trust and follow her recommendations. We gave her the reigns, and their were no bumps or hiccups in the process. If I had to do it again, it is without question that I would choose Jen, and I HIGHLY recommend you do the same.
She is absolutely amazing and very responsive!!! She responded to any of our inquiries within minutes. She was always there to help us find out any information that we needed, etc. Very good with people and a great negotiator!
I can say the thing that stood out the most to me about jennifer was the level of commitment and prompt responses to everything. She was always available. So much to the point that i literally felt like i was her only client. I assume this trait is the reason she has not had a house that hasn't sold. My house was under contract in seven days. I did a lot of work to make it move in ready, but she helped me price it and marketed it well. There was no pressure for me to list it below what it was worth and i was able to get max value. A job well done. I highly recommend her if you are selling your home!
We feel like we hit the jackpot with Jennifer! She was amazing from start to finish and definitely an expert in her field. Being first time home shoppers in a new city we relied on her for everything. She had great knowledge of the area and her resources made every aspect of buying a house extremely easy. We never felt stressed out because we knew we could ask her anything. She always responded to e-mails promptly and she knows the market extremely well which came into play when we put an offer on our house. She was just overall amazing. Did I mention I had a screaming 6 month old driving around with us while house hunting and she still never missed a beat. Even after buying and closing on our house I am still using her for resources. Just overall amazing.
